On Wednesday, CLiF (Children’s Literacy Foundation) and SACS hosted a Summer Readers Event with special guest author Amy Huntington. Children were treated to a presentation, a story, and then were able to pick two books to take home. Happy Reading!

Summer Meals are in full swing here at SACS and all around the city. It’s been so much fun to connect with students and families at breakfast and lunch, and it’s also been wonderful getting to meet new families as well. We are excited to announce a new site at Community Action/Franklin County Food Shelf on 5 Lemnah Dr. in St. Albans! Breakfast is served Monday-Friday from 8:30 – 9:30 and Lunch is from 1:00 – 2:00pm.
